By booking a treatment at Signature by Emilia beauty salon, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
Deposit
Signature by Emilia beauty salon requires a deposit to secure your booking for a treatment. The deposit amount is set at 30% of the total treatment price. Please note that if a treatment is offered at a discounted rate, the deposit will still be calculated as 30% of the original, non-discounted price of the treatment.
Cancellation policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation or a request to reschedule an appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the deposit won't be refunded.
Appointment rescheduling
While Signature by Emilia will make every effort to accommodate requests for new appointment times, availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Late arrival
If a customer arrives more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, the appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded. We kindly request customers to telephone the salon as soon as possible in the event of a late arrival.
